Procedure for raising objections on questions and/or answers



TThe BHU has uploaded the provisional Answer Keys of question papers of the entrance tests held on 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 30th and 31st August 2020 for candidates to challenge the questions/ provisional answer key. The procedure (as given below) for challenging should be used. This facility is available from 08.09.2020 to 11.09.2020 (upto 11:00 PM). The Candidates are required to pay online a sum of Rs. 100/- (one hundred only) as processing fee for each question challenged. The payment of the processing fee may be made through Debit/Credit Card/ Net Banking. The processing fee will be refunded if the challenge is found correct. No challenge will be entertained without receipt of processing fee.

Those who appeared in Pen-paper mode (OMR based)

  • 1. In Pen -Paper mode Test, candidates have taken Question paper Booklet and carbon copy of the used OMR sheet with them. The candidate can visit the portal and under the Section “Provisional Answer Key” login link has been provided. The candidates should click on this link and login into the challenge section using his/her user id (registered email id) and password.
  • 2. After login, select the course in which you appeared for the test and click the link named ‘Challenge (Answer Key)’ given against the concerned course. Thereafter, select your Set Number of the Question Paper from the drop-down box. After selecting the Set no of the question paper, you will be able to see the provisional answer key of that set number of the question paper of the concerned entrance test. Go through the provisional key.
  • 3. In case you wish to challenge a question/ provisional answer key, select the question number from the drop down, you wish to challenge. After selecting the question, you will see different type of objections related to a question and its answer options. You may choose anyone or more than one objection area by clicking the check box.
  • 4. After challenging your desired questions/provisional answers, click ‘Save your Claims’ and move to next screen.
  • 5. You will see a display of all the Question (s) you have challenged.
  • 6. If you wish to write any remark in support of your claim, you can write the same in the Text Box.
  • 7. Click on ‘Pay Fee and Save your Claims’.
  • 8. Pay the processing fee by clicking on ‘Click here to Pay Fee’. Select Mode of Payment and Pay your processing fee @ Rs.100/- for each question challenged. Make payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking. No challenge will be registered/ entertained without receipt of processing fee.
    • Those who appeared in CBT mode

      • 1. Please go to BHU’s Entrance Test Portal (www.bhuonline.in) and under the Section “Provisional Answer Key” login link has been provided. The candidates should click on this link and login into the challenge section using his/her user id (registered email id) and password.
      • 2. After login in this manner, you will see a link of question paper corresponding to the course for which you appeared in the entrance test. On clicking this link, you will be able to see your Question Paper, answer marked by you and the provisional answer key. This will be available in HTML format with the right answers marked with green tick mark and the answers given by you on the right side of the question. You are advised to https://d2bpq0k0hmyes4.cloudfront.net/download//print this paper for your own record and challenging the questions/provisional answer keys. Each question in this paper has been given a unique question id which can be selected (from the dropdown box) in the objection portion of the portal for raising an objection pertaining to the question/ provisional answer key.
      • 3. If you wish to challenge question/ provisional answer key, go to the objection portion of the portal and select the question id of the question (from the drop-down box). After selecting the question id, you will see different type of objections related to a question and its answer options. You may choose anyone or more than one objection area by clicking the check box.
      • 4. After challenging your desired questions, click ‘Save your Claims’ and move to next screen.
      • 5. You will see a display of all the Question id(s) you have challenged.
      • 6. If you wish to write any remark in support of your claim, you can write the same in the Text Box.
